People are complicated, situations are complicated but Kevin makes it fly.

He works hard, does his best (which is pretty impressive), straight talks you on what has to happen for a sale (improvements, touch-ups, staging, etc...), and is available even on holidays or personal days. Choices are up to you but he points the way on how you will get the best outcome you can get for a sale. Beginning to end, there were no surprises & that's big to me. People are complicated, situations are complicated but Kevin makes it fly.
